He was stretched out on the beach, shirtless and soaking up the sun. It was still weird for him to think of his brother getting married, and now he was going to be a father. It felt so grown up and serious, far from how he was wanting things to be, he done grown up and serious already and found it not to his liking

Luckily for him, childhood was headed his way. Her long hair was loose as always, it drove her mother crazy that she wouldn't even braide it or tie it back, but she liked it as it was. As stubborn as she was.
