• He smiled lightly, dropping down onto the sand next to her, glancing over briefly. "Hey." He had his hair tied back today, nothing working its way loose, it had been driving him crazy earlier. • "Easy, quiet..." Generally she liked working later shifts better - the later, the busier, and therefore the more tips - but once in a while it was nice to have a break. • Her nose wrinkled a touch though - always suspicious of any girl that her brother spent more than one day with - but she let it slip, filing it away to ask Jake about next time she saw him. • Sighing softly, she shifted onto her side, head propped up in one hand and the other playing up his chest - she didn't want to upset him, just wanted a genuine reason.
