So we should say we are "at" 10 points behind if we need 10 points to tie, because "within" implies less than 10 points separate the teams. Is our bandwidth being exceeded by ten spammers or is it more than ten spammers have exceeded our bandwidth allotment? And anyway, isn't it really a question of storage and not bandwidth?
