Aarien's heart skipped a beat as his last action began to register in her mind. His advice was truly taken to heart. Her uncle was always kind to her, but he had also somehow made her feel as an outsider. Perhaps that was the treatment that she deserved. Raumo was never truly angered at any kind of dark wolf, not even in front of Band had she seen the elder wolf break a sweat. But, just the way that he had said the things he did. "Aarien, you'll never truly find your place. I worry about you in the future. You'll turn out to be a bad egg, but I'm sure that you'll find your way in life." How much of a devastating blow had that been to her heart, to her innocence, to her entire decision in joining the BMs. Now she could just picture him striding up to the thrones, where she and her cousin sat, so announce that he was going to overthrow them. But..no. That wouldn't be like the former-alpha. He would most likely come in, win the hearts of everyone around him, and then slyly choke her views on life until she was one of her uncle's brain-washed monkeys. ((hehe ^^ aarien's a monkey)) Well, they'd see about that. Just wait until that little old geezer came up the steps of Camelot now. He wouldn't see a puny wolf pup. Now, he'd see a strong Queen. She'd make sure of it.
