It was only the embarrassing thrill of my girlfriend watching me injected in the bare bottom that made us decide to play doctor, so it could have happened anywhere in the world. The only unusual thing was our mutual fascination with buttock injections. We enjoyed both giving and getting play injections back there, realistically simulated with sterile pins but we both remained afraid of the real thing from our doctors. Curious, isn't it?! This game was forbidden given the moral and modesty issues of the day, but that fact did not deter us from placing it on our own menus as a not quite daily activity. We would be careful in selecting where to play. Depending upon where we were, we would mostly play behind closed doors of our bedroom and tried to not be too quiet nor too noisy throughout the game so as not to arouse suspicion and have our We would also play in attics, basements and in barns or out buildings or even behind them. The length of each exam depended upon how many patients and doctors there were involved in the game. An exam included a quick ENT check, listening to the heart and probing ofvthe belly before the patient was told to roll over and the rest of the exam focused on the bottom. In each gane we would emulate what we experienced in the doctors office. Since Penicillin was THE drug used as an antibiotic, it was always administered in the butt using a toy syringe frim our play doctor kits. Temperatures were also taken rectally so we did the same when we played. We were very creative with the tools in those kits. I take it all your clothes were off when you played. When we played, we didn't dare play with clothes off for fear of being caught. By just removing the clothing that was covering the area to be examined, it would be easier to cover up should an adult happen by. We found secluded places to play such as basements, attics, dens and behind closed doors. We may even find hideaways outside to play like in treehouses, behind buildings and large trees and wood piles. One if the best places was a barn but those were a rare find. The vast majority of our exams concentrated on the stomach, chest, lower back every inch of the bottom and the thighs. There would be poking,probing, rubbing and visual exams of the anal cavity. The finale of the exam was a shot in the butt. I had a little friend who had a kit that had a spring loaded syringe so when you pressed on the plunger to "release the medicine, the tip would pop out acting like a needle. There were multiple shots given all over the bottom in each exam. There would also be at least one or two rectal temperatures taken in each exam. What I did was to take a temperature, "read" it and tell the patient he/she had a fever and would need a Penicillin shot, which was the only antibiotic available in the sixties and was always given in the butt. Depending upon how many patients there were, an exam could take anywhere between 5 and 25, 30 minutes then we would start all over again. For me, most of my patients were Private ones so the exam would be longer and more intense. At times I would include some spanking in the season and that was always done OTK. I work in a hospital so everything has to be sterile. How did you know the pins were sterile and how did you "sterilize" them at home? There are only two way to sterilize at home. Ine is ro boil them fir 20 minutes and the other is alcohol. Once sterilized, the portion making any kind of contact with it should NOT be touched! I realize you were only kids back then and did not understand what you were doing. I didn't either at that age. I wished I had had a girlfriend like that. However, I did get to play doctor with my sister and many friends growing up. We used the plastic instruments provided in our play doctor kits abd didn't know about sterilization thrn either. We used the syringe (shot thing as we called it) for shots. Mine had a spring in it so that when you pushed it to "release the 'medication', the tip woyld come out acting as a needle making nothing mire than an indentation in the skin of the bottom, no puncture into the flesh.
