One of the drawbacks of growing up in a small town, except for two years I was out of state, living with my mother, is knowing the nurses at the local doctors office. There was four doctors in town and all of the nurses were either some friends mom or a girl who was ahead of you in school that you used to see around and knew you by name. It always seemed to me, it would be less embarrassing to take off all my clothes in front of a totally strange woman compared to my friends mom or some girl that used to run around with my sister. It was like hi Doug, what you been up to? Haven't seen you around the house for awhile. Now lets get all those clothes off and get you measured and weighed for the doctor when he comes in. It was bad enough when I was nine or ten but when I got to be sixteen and had pretty much developed down there and the nurse was three or four years older than me and I knew her from school, it was awfully embarrassing. All four doctors operated out of a clinic type setup and if you came in for something like a school physical you might get any one of the four doctors. We had three male and one female doctor, and when a fifth doctor joined the clinic, it was a female, just out of med school. She didn't have any steady patients and she did most of the school and sports physicals. You can imagine the problems with erections. When she said, " don't worry, I've seen a lot of those," I really believe she was telling the truth.

I didn't get to the point of my letter before I ended that last message so I'll do it now. All of my shots when I was in school were in the butt. When I went in the service and every shot since has been in the arm. When I was in school I always had to push my pants down until they ended up around my ankles and I always had an erection and a red face. Is there some sort of thinking that makes them give them in the rear when a person is school age? Does anyone know?
