This took place when I was twelve till I was sixteen. My sister was in the examining room but the doctor never let her observe any frontal nudity by doing the hernia exam by turning my back to her so nothing was exposed. I remember one year he examined me for hemoroids, and she caught a little look when I got on the exam table and when I got off. That nurse was the one who measured my height weight and blood pressure but that was done with my underpants on. After the exam by the doctor was done, he said wait you need a shot before you leave. He left and shortly the nurse came in with a tray that had a bottle and a big syringe on it. She said you will need to bend over the end of the table and drop your pants. I said why not the shoulder, and she said no, bend over the table, this is for your rear only. Drop your cutoffs and bend over the table. I pulled them down about half way and bent over the table and she just pulled them down and they fell to the floor. With my sis sitting four feet away with a perfect view of my penis and the nurse moving nearby, I got a really erect hard on. My sis was grinning and looking from me to the nurse and back so the nurse went around so she could see, and said don't be embarrassed it happens all the time. The plant ran two ten hour shifts and used the other four hours on shift change and cleaning the plant. She took the day shift so she could be home at night. There is no way a descent doctor would have allowed a child of the opposite sex in the exam room. The "no babysitter" line would have just been an excuse since the girl could have waited in the waiting room. Secondly, a mother would not have permitted a stranger to be in the exam room alone with an impressionable very young teen boy, nor would she send him to her for a penis inspection.
