Hey AV,

Well he threatens to break things or throw things at me. He tells me I'm a bad mom, he hates the enemas and he isn't going to have any more enemas. Last Sunday he knew it was getting close to enema time and he hid from me. Took me a long time to find him. I was getting in a foul mood and decided to teach him a little lesson. The Sunday previous after I got his enema in him and took out the nozzle it had a lot of stool smeared on it and plugging a couple of the holes. I hadn't been doing rectals except to lube him and I haven't been emptying his rectum before enema like Krissi says to do. Just didn't want to put him through too insertions and bowel movements with as antagonistic as he is. Lesson learned. So, bowel movement to empty rectum before high enema going forward. Anyway I got my glove on and a glycerin suppository and hunted him down. Pulled his pants down on the spot and gave him the suppository. He resisted me but he lost in the end. Then, I was in the bathroom waiting for him when his suppository kicked in. He said he hated me and I was the worst mom ever and he was going to throw the enema bag in the trash. Other than that things have gone smoothly. He hates school. He would tell you other wise but he is a mommy's boy and doesn't like being away from home. They say kids save their worst behavior for those they love the most so next to his little brother he must love me so so much!

So he sits on the regular toilet. His little brother has a toddler potty but he is a 'big boy'. He crawls up on the big toilet and legs dangle. I'm plotting to see if babysitter would like to witness an enema. We are invited to an afternoon house part tomorrow. Babysitter will be here to take care of the boys. I'm going to tell her junior has to have a high enema from an enema bag when I get home and would she like to 'help' me because he has gotten more and more resistant to the enema and causing me a little trouble getting him in position and the enema in him. I've been working myself up for a few weeks to get the courage to even mention to her that he gets enemas. And then this invite. So I am so nervous like I was so nervous getting ready to give him his first enema. But I'm determined to tell her about his enemas and hope she will say she will stay and help. She has sat for us three time since his enemas started and the enema bag is hanging in plain site from the shower so I know she has seen it. The next best thing to giving a young girl like her an enema would be to have her witness one. I'm so excited and scared at the same time for tomorrow. If she is like most teenagers her age she could probably use a cleaning out regularly. Oh well, wishfullness.

Shelly,
Well, he is a resister isn’t he? He thought he was going to get away from getting an enema by hiding. That suppository stopped him from hiding very long afterwards. You sit him up for a good one.

I hope he doesn’t start hating the sitter if she decides to help.
You may hook her though by asking her to help.
Never know. Your wish may come true someday soon.

Shelly,
I think your sitter will help with the enema. She may be old enough for you to share with her the benefits of enemas and the purpose of a clean colon. Plant that seed in her mind to ponder and think about the benefits of having one. In a smooth subtle approach almost in a joking way mention if she would like to try one you would be willing to help and kinda laugh it off. Give her something to think about.

Hey AV,

So I was the one that got super embarrassed. She was all in when I mentioned he would have to have a suppository and then high enema when I got home from the party. She started sitting for us about three years ago when youngest was still in diapers so she has changed poopy diapers. I texted her when we were about to leave the party and apologized that we were running late and if she wanted she could give him his suppository while we are headed home to get him started. If he fought her then we would do it when I got home. Got home just as he was headed for the toilet to empty his colon. She said he was totally cooperative with her. Fussed a little but didn't fight her. So we are all in the bathroom, him on the toilet and her and I getting his enema ready. My heart is pounding and I can't believe I have pulled this off. Am so excited! She is telling me that farther back than she can remember her mom has made her have Fleet enemas for constipation. A couple of years ago she was allowed to give herself her Fleet enema but she has to have one a few times every year. She hates laxatives because it is a waiting game. I told her about my holding and messing my pants at school and I didn't want my boys to do that. Anyway junior did not give us any trouble at all she stayed and held the bag for his whole enema but then she had to head home. I'm so pumped, redoing that whole experience over and over in my head. I can't believe she was so open about her constipation and years of Fleet enemas.

Shelly,

WOW!! What more can be said? You have a sitter that already gets enemas a few times a year and has been getting them for years. And she is open about discussing. Honestly, you may be able to easily be able to move her from a fleet to trying a bag enema. Or you could continue to let her help when she is needed to sit the boys and enjoy the company and conversation. You have so many options. Pumped you should be.

Yes I am totally pumped. Right now I don't even care if she will let me teach her some day about her taking large enemas. I'm just so excited that I know she gets enemas and has through her whole childhood. And that she likes helping me give him his enema. I wish I had a nanny cam in the house so I could have seen her giving him his suppository. I bet she has secretly wanted to for a long time. Being a snooper like I know we are when we are teens at some ones home, she has seen the suppositories and lube and gloves and enema bag ever since she started sitting for us. She probably couldn't believe her luck when I asked if she would like to help with his clean out. She probably felt like she had won the lottery. At her age I wanted so bad to get to give some kid their enema. She was so comfortable talking and sharing her past while we were getting his enema ready. She was curious about the amount of enema I made him take. I explained to her that it takes a lot of volume to get all the way in to the end of the large colon. I was so nervous and excited at the same time with her standing there holding his bag and watching him take his enema. I was living through her what it would have been like if I could have done that when I was her age.

Shelly,
You made her night and she made yours. You are so right. You know she has always wanted to give another child an enema, and you are probably right that she has wanted to give your son one. I bet she jumped for joy when asked to do the suppository and probably enjoyed given it to him plus enjoyed holding his enema bag as he took his enema. I would now say both of you are pumped. If you continue to use her with his suppository and enema, just imagine how that is going to make her feel? Talk about pumped. You now have someone to talk to about enemas and health benefits and such.
