Shelly,

From personal experience, if I lay or sit around without hardly any movement my colon slows down and I become blotted and eventually constipated. Just recently that happened. I could have played santa claus with the way I felt I looked. When I eventually got outside and started on some cleaning up yard work, I activated my colon. No joke, for about 4 days straight I was on the toilet. You heard that saying you’re full of crap, well I literally was, full. Eventually my stomach tore up and I went around the 4th day and I literally felt my stomach deflate. I had completely emptied my entire colon. Felt like I lost 20 pounds. My stomach was gone.
Said all of that to say this, staying active keeps the colon active. If sitter is not active, they may be something plus stress will tighten you up as well. I catch myself now doing the blowing up the balloon breathing to help me.

Good reports all around. Sunday both sitter and oldest son did quite well calmly taking their enemas. Yesterday sitter was able to give me a poop without a suppository. It is work for her but she tries hard for me. It really helps to lube her really good because she passes such a large stool. When she felt like she was almost done emptying I left to have some time on the town to myself. She said if she had any trouble from the little one that she would employ his brother to help control him. I guess brother did help get him over her leg for his enema but they both said the little guy did not fight but just resisted physically and verbally telling them he hates them. Nothing new. He hates enemas and hates those who give enemas.

Good to hear.
Junior seems to be ok with his enemas.
Now little junior seems to be a different beast.
He got an enema on Wednesday?
He gets one also on Fridays?
He can verbally say he hates enemas and hates the ones who gives enemas as long as he is getting them, isn’t that what counts? He is getting a good cleaning out.

Shelly,
Let me ask a couple of questions if I may.
How does the sitter feel about giving the boys their enemas? Is it therapy for her you think? I think it helps her. I kinda feel also she may if she continues to rub and relax and talk to little junior, she might help him but like you said he hates the enemas and hates anyone giving them. Hopefully that will eventually change. How does junior feel about the enemas now. Seems he likes the attention by the sitter. I chuckle thinking how junior possibly felt helping sitter get little junior, his arch rival at times, over sitter’s leg to get his enema, he probably enjoyed doing that to him. Big brother power.

AV.

Yes our little guy knew that sitter was coming over last night and I guess he thought that meant it was enema night for him. I caught him in his bedroom legs locked and red face just moments before she arrived and I didn't have time to deal with him. I told him if he made so much as a mark in his underwear he would get an enema. Guess what? His underwear was smeared. Sitter washed them out as best she could in the sink but it earned him an enema. He hadn't pooped since Mon. eve so he needed to give me a poop. I told her to do what was needed to get him to poop. So she takes giving them their enemas very serious like she is their mommy and this is what they need. It is precious to watch. She doesn't do it to torment them she truly takes enemas seriously because she has to have them too and she tries to be nice to them while making sure they cooperate and just get it done with. And yes he has not escaped his scheduled Fri. enema. He needs to stop this withholding or I will put him on daily enemas. I want to think that he only stood there with legs locked because he thought it was enema night for him, poor thing.
