Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice or tips for my 9-year-old son, who has been struggling with constipation for the past few weeks. It’s becoming a real challenge, and I’m not sure what steps to take next.

He’s been having trouble going to the bathroom regularly, and when he does, it seems very painful for him. We've tried increasing his water intake, adding more fiber to his diet, and encouraging regular bathroom breaks, but it doesn’t seem to be helping much.

Has anyone else dealt with this with their child? Any advice on natural remedies, foods, or anything that has worked for you? I’m also wondering if I should see a pediatrician, but I wanted to check with other moms first to see if there’s anything I might be missing.
