Jack,
Good advice. I only know what I have read on other voy sights that implement enemas with diaper discipline. Parents do it differently depending on what result they are going after. I have read where some parents use the plug technique you mentioned where they do not want to change diapers all day so they enema the child that morning, plug them for the day, and the child is not able to mess their diaper, and the parents control the bowel movements by the next morning cleaning the child out again starting the routine all over.

That's true that some parents keep the child plugged and then remove the plug when it's time for the child to mess. It's also important when the child is getting used to wearing a plug to keep hands restrained until they stop being tempted to tamper with or resist the plug. They're just as likely to fight the plug as the enema. So for the first few days while they're getting used to the plug they may need their hands cuffed, taped or bound.
