 Hi Ken. Do you hang your enema equipment in your shower or do you keep it hidden? Do you have a standard kit with a rubber bag and hose or do you have a fancy stainless steel ensemble that you attach to the shower faucet? Comes with stainless steel rectal pipes and you flush out your rectum in the shower.

Mine are hidden away somewhere. Been ages since I used them. I don't have problems with constipation. I take a shit about twice a day. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Although sometimes I feel I could benefit from a good cleansing. But too lazy to get out the bag. When you give yourself an enema, do you lay down in bed to do it?
