The Rectal Temperature Message Board was started by me back in 1999. VoyForums is its third and longest running host.

In the beginning it along with the Enema and Suppository Message Board started six months later was a labor of love. I had more time to manage them. In fact on the original host I was able to clean up and edit messages. Something a moderator can't do here. I corrected spelling, grammar, etc.

By request I added four additional forums. The more popular the forums became the more work they produced. Many started new forums then attacked mine to drive traffic to them.

Anyway nowadays I no longer have the time to manage the forums. After losing two hosts due to their going out of business I vowed I would never pull the plug on the forums.

It would be very easy to click on delete forum and they would be gone. Although I said I would not pull the plug I did not agree to be the perpetual janitor of deviants.

Recently VoyForums empowered me to add an assistent moderator without having to relinquish the master key and ownership. Something that could not have been done until now. The bugs are out making this a workable solution.

Early on I was a beta tester of Voy forum software before release. VoyForums is a great company with a reliable product. And yes its had its ups and downs too. Nothing is perfect or always runs smothly.

Anyway Rich who has been part of the membership of my forums for years offered long ago to help moderate. Well he is now an assistant moderator of the cluster of five. So a new Sheriff is in town DeputyDog.
