Hello Aurora...
I'm interested in your post. You stated that your mom begins your enema sessions with an "air enema." Air enemas do create some problems: 1.) As you state, they will make you, as you said, fart, and 2.) an air enema can make it difficult to expel the liquid enemas.
Does your mom add anything to the water for the liquid enema? It is recommended that there be at least 1 teaspoon of salt added for each liter or quart of water. You don't say that you must hold the enema for any period of time. What the salt does, is to help prevent the colon from absorbing the enema water. If you hold that 2 to 3 liters for any time, you will likely have to pee often a little later during the day.
If you have any questions, you may either e-mail me or post here for all to see and possibly comment on.
God Bless, and Merry Christmas to you.
