UBF is a sick chicken. Reecntly I spoke at length with a member of the Board of Directors in Chicago UBF. I read to him about the "Destruction of Jackie Lee's Family" from the reformubf.org website. The BOD member said he had not heard any of those events in that manner. In other words, he had not heard even one true statment about Jackie leaving or her family being destroyed so viciously.

Even more shocking, he turned the conversation around by emphassasizing that Jackie left of her own volition, that she was not kicked out! I said the point was not why she left, but that she has been so savegly attacked! He repeated several times that she left by herself. Finally, I asked, "Does that mean it's OK to slander and violate her family?" Like a robot, he just repeated that she left of her own volition.

The point was made very clearly. At the top of this UBF, the belief is anyone who leaves for any reason is an infidel. Anyone who leaves must be attacked mercilessly.


The rumors are merely a veneer to cover the gigantic sins and problems of UBF. God has no place in most of the UBF. Man reigns supreme in the form of Bogus Dr. Sam.

P.S. At least one of Jackie's sons-in-law lived under her roof for an extensive period of time. And he returned her love and kindness by calling her Satan. If Jacob Lee were here, he may blow the whole house of cards about Sam's theft and embezzlement from UBF.

I remember Jackie. She was always very hard working, and she seemed like she did everything to serve UBF and Samuel Lee. I hope she found a good church to attend. I am sorry she got such a raw deal.

I was shocked to learn the other side of the story of why she left. It is true that she left, but she was slandered in the process.

Unfortunately I never had the opportunity to meet her but I do know her daughters. When I questioned why her fourth daughter was rushed to marry this year, while she is so young, I was told it was "to protect her from her crazy mother". The woman I spoke with, told me M. Jackie was screaming and yelling at her daughter widely because her daughter wanted her birth certificate to marry. And that her youngest daughter has an adulterous relationship with a jahovah's witness (sp.?) And her mother condones it.

I feel so bad that I so shamelessly believed this explanation without really thinking about it. It saddens me to think that I believed this. It is only now that I have been SHOCKED to read about these things.

I'd like to say one thing, that usually with issues such as these: allegations, abortion, fraud, abuse, guilting, shame, etc. both sides tend
to have starkedly different points of view. But in these cases, the sides are exactly opposite.

I know these boards are supposed to help, but it only makes me more and more confused!!!! Extremities (sp?) on both parts and it worries me to the point of death.

I would like to ask that if M. Jackie reads this message maybe she could email me with her testimony, I'd be interested to speak with her.

Finally (sorry this post is so long...) I wonder why those who have been victimized (those who talk about the bad experiences) are being put on trial not only here, but in UBF as well. It's like their characters are being destroyed making their testimonies unbelievable.

Within UBF all this stuff is being widely denied, and that itself worries me. How can all of these people be lying?

I feel helpless and confused.

Yes, I know, it is all so confusing. However, one thing is clear and that UBF needs to make a way to handle accusations against leaders within the ministry. There needs to be an objective way within the ministry to accomplish this. This can only be done by making the leader accountable to the Body of Christ. This is what the Reformers want, and what I believe is badly need.

It is beyond absurdity that all these things are denied and yet everyone knows what is true. But no one can deny that they should be looked into.
