Fiery curls bounced and tossed
as she was lifted by the odd humanish being,
was the Lady human?
Twas a question not asked by her
but perhaps someday if her innocent ears
hear the tinkling of her bell.
Her beautiful, yet blank face met the wind.
The child sat like a stone doll behind the Lady.
And would surely fall if not held by her mother.
Yet the child didn't care.
Never has.
But will she?
Will this mission end the darkness?
Will color be brought back into her mind?
And will the child smile again?
And what if they failed?
So many questions.
Earth's child thought of none of it.
She thought not at all.
