As I sit here by the light
Looking at the stars at night
Knowing there are children out there
Who just need someone to care

Some one who can show them love
As was given to us from above
To give then a little hope
To show them how to cope

To help them with their life out there
To show them how to prepare
You can be a great part
Of showing them how to start

To teach them what is right
To help them build a new life
All they need is someone to show
Down which road they should go
