"Do you want your green to lay perhaps ten eggs, have seven clutch and be Impressed, with most if not all deformed? How many do you think would live to adulthood? What about those who'd die? What of their humans? Shattered and lost forever, when otherwise they could Impress healthy and strong dragons. Do you want to be responsible for that many deaths, if Sauth lays any eggs that do indeed hatch?" Both eyebrows arch, and S'sha waits for a response to her barrage of questions. She's almost positive neither green nor rider ever considered the consequences of letting a green clutch. As for herself, S'sha would not, under any circumstance, condone another green clutch... not after the casualties already suffered, not only in Igen but in Benden as well, where M'kir's green Seleth had clutched.*
