Stiffens to her touch. Mind flew instantly away at her touch, was he that weak? Her hands were so strong for that of a femme. It had been the first human contact in how long? How long had it been since someone had cared enough to help him? He reluctantly relaxes enough to put at least some of his weight on her. Deep brown eyes look away, ashamed at having to take help.

There was no way the dragon could fit, perhaps a smaller could have, but the enormous lady dragon was too large.

"Banelle, my sincerest of apologies, but your greatness can not be contained in my humble dwellings,"

he says with a ghost of a smile, looking to Celest to translate, though he doubted that was nessessary, as his thoughts, though vague were being translated to the two whether he liked it or not.

In truth, as he could not hide it, he was somberly glad to see someone, anyone, but a woman, and mage was the best possible situation. Though he hated showing weakness, he was weak, and though he hated people, and the intense open-ness that his curse of mindread held, he felt safer in her than he had in sometime. How he hated being weak.

He knew even as he tried to control the thoughts his mind would randomly expel to others near him, that the most fundamental of his thoughts were showing quite easily. The longing to be like everyone else was one of the deepest longings of his heart. To not be vulnerable.

He would know if she had perceived the fleeting thought of a kiss by a blush.

IT WAS NOT FAIR.

"Come, then," he says somberly, slipping down into the darkness. He met with the familiar wooden slide that was leading him to the basement, inside the very stone of the peaks. The walls of the basement were white quartz and bright lamps hung from the tall ceiling. There was a fire in one corner and shelves with a large supply of food on one of the walls. There was a table, with a half played game of chess.

Two chairs sit there quietly.

He waited for her decent.
