It has to do with Atlantis. In order to understand this, we also have to understand how they viewed reality. This is all my opinion, but it might resonate as truth for you. Id like to explain by saying:

Life is like a dream. When you go to bed and dream, the dream world is contained and being generated by you � by your imagination� You are playing a character in the dream, such as a pirate or magician. This is a valid experience and you can learn from the choices you make as this character and interact with the world through this view point. You learn life lessons from the experience of being this character. But the thing is, this is not the real you. The only thing in this dream that�s really being you, is your consciousness, your awareness of being aware.

Life is also like a dream. Your experience of the whole world is contained and being generated by you, you moods, the effects of your choices ect. If you put out ill feeling and gloom, you will experience the world in this way. If you do creative, harmonious and fun things, if you nurture life, you will experience this also. Your present character has worth, it is how you interact with the world and how you presently view things. However it is not the real you that we all are. The only thing that is real, will forever always will be is consciousness, the awareness of being aware. More importantly, the real you is simultaneously experiencing all these individual viewpoints at once. Your just choosing to focus on what it is to be you.

So the Atlanteans got to this understanding, they felt this. Right at the time when humanity was most activated due to us being physically closer to the centre of the universe, on the 26,000 year cycle around Sirius. Thus our planet was receiving more energy, us in the summer equinox of our consciousness, thus living with our dna switched on and having telepathy, telekinesis, bi location, flight and thought as instant manifestation stuff.

This Christ consciousness, this unity consciousness perception. understanding that there is no god outside of ourselves who will or can punish you for your doings. No demon that can enslave you unless you believe they can, to find that they can literally do anything they will. Theres nothing to stop you. You can littery do anything you want, moreover the universe has nothing but to provide for you anything that you ask for or will into motion. That�s its job, to provide. The only law is that of karma or inertia. For as you push into reality with your intent, you will gain its effect. We live a life of witnessing the effects of our choices. Religion is a mechanism of social control through loyality, it disempowers because it doesn�t allow people to be self governing or take personal responsibility for their choices or experience of reality. Religions which focus on personal empowerment, on you being PART of this greater spirit, or ones that focus on your consciousness as being the I in I are ones that compliment liberation.

The challenge is that our ego self, our present identity has value too, it is just as important as the all one. So there are two truths going on at the same time here. And this is what some people muck up on. They ether try to be in one of the other. There is no ultimate truth only levels of truth depending on your outlook. There is the truth that we are all connected and one consciousness. But there is also the truth that we are individuals. Both are valid experiences.

Well, due to influence from off world consciousness and other things, some atlanteans moved into ego instead of giving into the all mind and being directed by their inner tuition. We mucked up big time and manifest all manner of discord which effected all creation on many levels. What resulted was a collective racial fear of psychic powers, a natural reaction to the experience of what we had done.

It was recorded into the collective conscious as an experience which became a guardian of sorts, so that we would have to first learn how to co-operate with each other, and not step on each others toes � this includes all levels of existence to the animal, plant and mineral realms to the free will of atoms to the multidimensions of universes.

We will not and cannot be allowed to gain entry into universal communication until we learn how to first to co-operate with each other, then learn how to co-operate with all life. And we cannot be allowed to have our ultimate power as of the force of oneness, where thought is instant manifestation. Our guardian is protecting us as well as protecting other universes, so we wouldn�t muck up again.

You can begin to come to the curtain and nock on the door of psychic ability, but don�t be surprised if you are turned away or if you have fear when you start to feel it happening. That just means that you are not ready and trying to force the door open. I have witnessed many people trying to force the door open, including myself, only to be surprised when it actually works and they are psychic 24hrs a day, with things coming through walls and dead people talking to you whilst your on the toilet. It�s not something what you need to invite, its something you need to integrate slowly. It is something that comes about as a state of being, rather than gainning or activating something

You can begin by learning to have emotional and mental hygiene.

Clean your aura regularly with intention. Do whatever feels right for you, but rember to dedicate any energise released from you to oneness and light � do this is for empathic hygiene

Mental hygene is where you become aware of your thought patterns, what influences them, discerning whether its your own thoughts or if their the result of programs and thoughts of others projected. When you are aware of having a negative thought process or of a self defeating one, learn to acknowledge it and replace it with a positive affirmation. �Zzzt: I feel nackered ~ replace: I might feel nackered, but in a moment I�ll feel okey or I feel nackered up until now. You can also cancel destructive thoughts coming to you from the collective untruth by seeing the mental image screen of what you�ve just been thinking about and imagining a big cross X swishing across it with big letters saying CANCEL and verbally saying cancel. Practing this will hone your ability to understand when you are being influenced and by what

Meditation � activate and feel your inner light (lightbody) by doing breathing exercises to breath in life force. Breath in the morning sunlight. Imagine and maintain the feeling of inner light just under the skin. Do affirmations that your energies, and nervous system are being activated in a balanced an harmonious way. - This makes sure that your body and nervous systems can handle the increased energy and you don�t burn out your circuits or manifest illness

Cast protection circles � you are the power behind your circle protection or filter. You don�t have to really on complicated rituals or ancient texts for this, the power comes from you because you have the right to say no to other forces, by the power of your own free will. You have a right to discernment to what energise you invite, work with or have a journey experience with. Some lessons you don�t have to go over again. Dedicate your circle �I now surround myself with golden light, which no thing can enter without my permission. I now call to all beings of the highest vibrations as one with great spirit and the divine plan. Please guide and protect me and empower this living light circle�. - This not only puts a filter up, this will also inform you of when or if you are being influenced by an entity, peoples ill thoughts or mind control.

Practice stilling the mind and being receptive in meditation coming to the vale � one day your guardian will say yes. Put a circle around you, then cast a circle in front of you. And say that spirit can only communicate with you from here. State that this is how you are prepared to meet spirit. On your terms, not thiers. Choose your own symbol to do this method. You have a right to say when and where you have communication. By doing this it will set a time and place in your subconscious so that you are not manifesting a 24hour situation. I also use an affirmation that spirit, if it needs me can call me by putting a ringing sound in my ears. I then know to switch on my physics ability, and know that im needed. I don�t get to see spirit all the time, its controlled, and I choose, in my own terms whether to go into spiritual realms of not.
