Samhain Meditation:

I would also like to share with you what I felt on Sunday 31st during our group meditation. I could feel my heart expanding as I opened up to universal consciousness. I could feel the earth pulse into my body as I breathed in the golden light of the inner sun of the earth. I could feel the golden light coming up to meet my body and slowly if felt it trickle in, to fill my atoms with light. I then felt the top of my head open up and the wonderful peaceful feeling of blue/silvar solar energy enter into my heart space. It is always a special feeling of peace and balance I experience when I take these breaths and give into the process.
It was nice to review my year, and I could see some areas where I could improve. Ive still got issues to resolve, but not so many now. I could feel my accomplishments. It was a very useful thing to do, and I can see more clearly where I like to go forward in the coming year.
When I called upon the ancestors of the highest light to be present, I could feel the ancestors, not only of this land, but also of star consciousness. It was lovely to be in their company and receive incites. We are so important, because we are the ones being physical here. And whatever we choose to be or become will effect all things in creation.
When I entered into meditation to link with all everyone else in the rainbow tribe, I had an amazing sense of giving and receiving. Of giving love and accepting love. I could see in my minds eye, their threads of light extending out in all directions across Britain and some overseas. I got a sense that the earth, our greater being, could feel it also. And when I started to chant the �Om� and just knowing that some of us, including my friends, where doing this also at the same time, I could feel the resonance, moving me to tears. For when the heart fills up the tears overflow. It has truly been wonderful to work with you all thank you.
