nun, da haben sie sich also aufgemacht gen Recklinghausen, ein gar stattliches Kontingent an Zeh Beh Funkern nebst nachgeschalteter Alphas, einige Funkamateure, sogar mit XWL, die Kontrahenten, die Zeugen, der Herr Wombelb�rger sogar mit eigens reanimiertem Rechtsvertreter ( eigenen Aussagen zu Folge )
um Recht zu suchen, zu finden und sich vielleicht auch ein ganz klein wenig �ber Herrn Copot zu am�sieren.
Die eigens auf 1 3/4 Std. angesetzte Verhandlung verkam dann allerdings zur Farce :
Einla� um 10.25 Uhr ( zu sp�t ) Feststellung: die gew�hlte Saalgr��e entsprach nicht der Menge anwesenden Volks ...
Herauskomplimentierung aller ohne Sitzgelegenheit ( mindestens 60 % ) Start der Verhandlung 10.35 Uhr. Um 10.47 Uhr kurze Unterbrechung : Der Kl�ger verl��t mit Anwalt den Saal zwecks Beratung. Ergebnis : gerichtlicher Vergleich um 10.55 Uhr.
Ende der Vorstellung und anschlie�endes Frikadellenessen in der Gerichtskantine.
Was bedeutet dies nun f�r die Allgemeinheit ???
