Mehrfach hatte er auf Funk eine Funkerin mit diskriminierenden Beleidigungen traktiert. Daraufhin wurde er schriftlich zur Zahlung einer Geldbuße von 450 Euro verurteilt, legte aber Einspruch ein. Im Prozess jedoch legte ihm der Richter nahe sich das noch einmal zu überlegen nachdem die Anklageschrift verlesen wurde. Nach 20-minütiger Beratung mit seinem Anwalt zog er dann - noch bevor irgendwelche Zeugen gehört wurden - seinen Einspruch äusserst wiederwillig zurück und akzeptierte die Strafe. Noch am gleichen Abend zeigte er allen auf Funk, das er mal wieder nicht verstanden hat was passiert war, und das er nach wie vor NICHTS einsieht.
