Thanks Gary. Found nothing on the net about him, which is unbelieveblein this case. I did not know at all about the importance of him in the Imperial Navy. And is very bizarr that he's burried at Vladslo, and not in Germany. But there are other special persons burried over there. Such as :
- Generalmajor Friedrich von Wussow
- Generalmajor Johannes Stenger
Some nobility of which the most remarkable grave is the one of Grafin Katharina von der Schulenburg who was an Oberschwester.
Otto Hartmann is burried here, although there's discussion about this.
Also lots of personnel of the naval air units of the Marinekorps Flandern, and of the torpedoboats and destroyers of the Flandern Flottilles.
