We paid in full for a pageant in Carrolton Kentucky in February 2008.
Leighann called us the night before and advised the pageant would be cancelled due to low entries.
Leighann advised me we could use our paid pageant fees to her next pageant for Easter.
We arrived at the Easter Pageant, we were the only ones there. Dressed and ready and Leighann was no where, the hotel in Carrolton KY did not receive any notifications of a cancellation.
Leighann finally returned our phone calls and told us she had sent a cancellation notice the night before by tv email. (we didn't receive the email).
Leighann said we could come to the pageant the following day, which was in Lexington KY.
I became very ill and admitted to the hospital. We didn't make it to her pageant in Lexington.
Leighann promised a refund due to the situation. She said to wait for our refund when she has the state pageant.
The state pageant has come and gone. Leighann has told me on 5 different phone calls that the money order for my refund (which was promised to be returned) was in the mail. Obviously no money order.
