Dear Indianna,
Have you taken a pregnancy test? If I were you, that's the first thing I would do. Make sure you pick up a good one (don't try a cheap one from a Dollar store) and follow the directions carefully.
You can also look up a pregnancy center near you at this web site:
www.optionline.org
and search for one near you - they offer FREE and CONFIDENTIAL tests, as well as other help.
If the test is negative, you really should see a gynecologist. If you have been sexually active, and not on b/c, there's a good chance you're pregnant. If you end up not being pregnant, you really should abstain until you're married and ready for children. (IMHO) Abstinence is the ONLY 100% effective b/c.

In the meantime, take good care of yourself, eat right, take walks and try to find some quiet time if you've been stressing, all those things are important, whether or not your pregnant.
