It's an Ibanez acoustic/electric (the exact model escapes me, but I do not believe they make it anymore). Ibanez isn't really known for their acoustic guitars, but I've had this one for about five years now and I always get compliments on the sound - especially when playing live. It has an incredibly warm sound even without effects, but I usually plug it directly into a Zoom 504 Acoustic Guitar Processor, or right into the recording unit I have, the Roland VS-880, which has an Expansion Board which also features a few very good effects for acoustic guitar.

Hope this helps!
Kevin
