Since last month, I've recorded the 'backing track' for a song called "It'll Never Happen Again," - kind of a Indian-tinged thing. As of now, I have 'backing tracks' (usually meaning the main drum and guitar part, maybe some bass/keys as well) for six new songs for the next album. Next up is to attempt recording "Slow Motion," a song I played on just about every date of the 2001/2002 shows.

So things are going really well. I hope to update the main page soon. At this pace, all of the backing tracks for the new songs should be done by early summer. From that point, I'll get to focus on the overdubs and vocals for the new songs. I'm at the point now where I'm tossing 'promotional' ideas around in my head for when I finally do release the next album. Also still thinking of what old songs to rerecord acoustically for the 'bonus tracks' on the next album. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

All the best,
Kevin
