Finished up the basic backing tracks for two more songs this month, which leaves only one more song to lay down before going into the next phase of recording--bass,keys, and overdubs. It's getting to the point now where I'm getting a little overwhelmed with all of the music that's been put down thus far, but that's kinda how I've been operating these past few months--put down as many parts & ideas as I can think of and worry about sorting through and touching up stuff later.

So, everything's still on schedule--the summer will be all about finalizing the music/arrangements for the ten songs for the next album, and early fall will involve recording the vocals. So, I *think* it'll be possible to have the next album out by the end of 2004, but we'll see!
