Woman who bared breasts claims invasion of privacy

A woman who bared her breasts at the New Orleans Mardi Gras is suing video producers for featuring them.

Student Becky Lynn Gritzke admits she removed her top, but says MRA Holdings LLC invaded her privacy.

She appeared on Girls Gone Wild videos. The producers say there's no right to privacy for people who strip off in public.

The Florida State University business student is seeking unspecified damages and claims the company used her image without her permission.

Company lawyer Ronald E Guttman has asked a Florida court to dismiss the lawsuit.

Story filed: 21:23 Tuesday 22nd January 2002
