I though deal with NM was done deal. Did I miss something or just misunderstand? If it's a done deal wouldn't the PRCA be in breach of contract if they decided to back out of the deal with NM and accept another offer? Sorry I'm not sure I'm understanding how Colorado Springs could be making an offer now... -- RODEO RAMBLINGS

- That�s what I thought. I guess question really is, wouldn�t it be considered a breach of a verbal contract? I mean with all the former press releases saying it was a done deal wouldn�t that be grounds for it to be considered a verbal contract between the PRCA & New Mexico or with the amount of money that would be changing hands would there be no grounds for a verbal contract?   - Haha... You and me both. I had to take business law when I was in college. I hated that class! The way business law is interpreted & written really annoyed me. It's a subject in my opinion that suspends all forms of logic, responsibility and integrity. No one can covince me differently after some of the garbage cases I had to analyze for that class.
