Subject: Another year over with.

Found it interesting that in 4 of the 7 events the person who won the world championsship won 1st in the average. The average seems to be more important then the commentators think it is.

I think the unluckest person this year had to be Josh in the calf roping. Go in with such a big lead and only win I think $2200. Or even Wade in the steer wrestling going in with a big lead and getting crippled.

I was glad to see Stran win the calf roping, as this may of been his last chance to win it. He will be 39 this coming year already.

I did have one dispute with with they said on TV. I know Speed has lots of credit coming for what he has done in the team roping, but he was not the first person who started the reach and rope in the team roping like they claim on TV. Was a great roper with a sorrel paint horse back in the 70's name H.P. Evetts who started it, for those of you old enough to remember him.
