Subject: I am guessing that it was a Mexican rodeo. They are quite the phenomena in NW Arkansas and draw huge crowds from the Hispanic communities. They always seem to be thrown together in someone's back pasture or empty lot-never at a fairground or permanent arena. My son sells Blattner livestock equipment and sold a set of chutes and back pens to a Mexican producer last winter.
