Subject: Are we the last of our breed?

Went over on the Twinkie board and was astonished that a person who had worked for the PBR did not know what a dipping vat for cattle was until someone explained it to him. Are they just hiring people and putting a cowboy hat on them? Bet if you asked him about screw worms, he wouldn't know what you were talking about. You would think someone who is around that much cattle would know about them. You would think a bull riding organization would have some cattle blood in their workers.

I often think about the things my Dad did, and get the feeling that God has us live in a certain era for a reason. He lived before the power of the video camera and ARA's. Where you lived life like a cowboy without someone wanting to arrest you for it. He once showed his sister in Idaho a spot at a railroad crossing in Nevada where him and a friend jumped off a freight train, built a campfire and spent the night until another train came along the next day headed for Arizona.
