Subject: From what I can see

They talk about the horses used in the wild horse race as being so wild. But they look pretty gentle compared to those I have seen off the rodeo ranches.

Also they claimed in the article part of the story about the horses legs were thrashing about. As you watch the video a person has the horse headed and keeping him from getting to his feet, so of course he is going to kick and thrash.

Then to quote city kids as experts that the horse was dead. I have heard that one before from a horse that was just sleeping.
