I have hired a personal trainer and been going to the gym 2 days a week. Been at it 2 months now and it's really gettin' me back in shape. I never was and never will be any threat to Chas Atlas but my work is now beginning to show. My muscles are showing some definition and I have more stamina to get my work done. I am riding more now and that is good for me. I have no clue how they got a dinasour to be a chicken but I am glad they came at it that way. Chickes don't have any taste of their own and it takes a good cook to make 'em edible. Beef tastes good even if it's cooked by a cave man. When you get your new knee get back on a horse.
