Subject: Great to hear your doing good on the weights and weight loss. You should be making some money off that hay. I see people complaining everywhere about the price of hay this year. Seems like a bunch of them got greedy and planted their hayfields into corn fields. Now corn has dropped a $1.00 a bushel. 30 inches of 35 normal, with 6 months left to go in the year, should make for some good fall and early grass this year for you. We finally getting some showers, enough to make the grass grow without being wet.
In reply to: ZD 's message, "I have walked arround on chicken legs all my life. Now I am walking on knotty chicken legs. I still have some belly fat and some kidney fat but it is getting a bit less every week. I am going to take a couple of months and train without the trainer for the Summer and then start back up during the Fall. I will continue to work out on my own. I am up to doing all the machines and adding weight each week and now I can do 3 sets of 12 sit ups on the incline table. The belly is flatening and I have the stamina to work and play. We have had 30" of our norman 35" annual rainfall. It is wet. Grass & hay no problem. http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a158/ZDRanch/DCP_0006.jpg http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a158/ZDRanch/DCP_0004-2.jpg" on 07:33:13 07/04/07 Wed
