Subject: There are tracks like that all over the country, I imagine. I know there are/have been some around here. When I was trying to sell my TB broodmare, I would get calls all the time from people that didn't speak much English - wanting to know if she could race! She was off the track, but 17 years old, and done nothing but raise babies for at least 10 years. And running on a real track with Animal Welfare rules, etc., is hard enough on them. An unregulated track is surely a nightmare!
