IF ANYONE WANTS TO SIGN THE PROXY



You may have heard that Jim Warren has filed a complaint against the PRCA on behalf of 760 members. For more information you can go to www.wpra.com and get all the details, including reading a copy of the complaint.

If you would like to sign the proxy but have not been able to for whatever reason, you can now.

TO GET A COPY OF THE PROXY:

a. Email me at MizKMart@aol.com and I will email it to you

b. Call Dawn at (831) 726-3220 and ask her to fax it to you (per Jim her email is not working so I volunteered to help them out)

After you sign it with your card # (and it is best to sign it in blue ink so there is no question if it is an original) you will need to send the original signed copy via snail mail to Jim at:

This is time sensitive -- it must be down now, not later.

When they go to court they can ONLY submit the additional proxies at that time, and the court date is in the next few weeks.
