I guess he'll be from California next then. Never the less, he can ride. I sure agree that PBR is hurting PRCA. Taking off too much of the talent. I don't think those kids are thinkin' this thring trough. Especially the 2 or 3 event cowboys. Simple math will tell you that you have a better chance of winning in the PRCA than the PBR even though you might not have as many chances. The other thing is the quality of the buckin' stock. The PBR bulls are so rank nobody can have a very long career riding them even if they are truly world class.
