Subject: They mention 600 wells drilled in the area and up there they have fought against that for lots of years. They don't want them, same as Ted Kennedy doesn't want the wind chargers ruining his view. Within a hundred mile radius (approx) of my house there are 35,000 wells and drilling more every day. Within the next 20 years there is going to be twice that many. It's accepted here and most everybody makes a living off it, either directly or indirectly. They began fracking back in the 60's and no telling how many well fracking busisnesses are here.
In reply to: ZD Ranch 's message, "I'm not one to believe in all these conspirisy theorys but this article scares the beejeebies out of me. No wonder there are trucks on the road between here and Houston 24/7 hauling that crap to be reclaimed. I figure it costs between $.12 & $.15 a gallon to haul the stuff round trip. No telling what the gas companys are paying for it to start with if they pay that much just to get it reclaimed to use it over again. Geez, I hope they don't spill much of it." on 06:29:16 05/07/06 Sun
