Subject: I got the ugliest dog you ever saw that showed up at the ranch. I guess she's goin' to stay because shes been eatin' the cat food. I bought dog food for her and she seems to want to leave the cats alone so I guess she can stay. I am moving hay today and tomorrow. I tore up a hay fork today or would have finished. Made 80 rolls on 20 acres. That's the best yield I have ever gotten and it is D-R-Y so I'm not going to fertilize the ground again for a 2nd crop. Go here and take a look. http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a158/ZDRanch/Dcp_0002.jpg And here; http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a158/ZDRanch/Dcp_0001.jpg
In reply to: Varmit 's message, "geesh ZD... how do you think I got rid of my dog problems?..... I don't have any dogs, so the problem has been solved...lol. We got a 2 acre pond in one of the pastures that has been there since before I can remember. Had some Canadians come down and spend the winter with us one year. We were baling hay around that pond and they said we want to see a gator. So I pointed out one swimming across that pond. They couldn't believe it. Haven't seen any lately. We go fishing in there. Been catching some 24 inch long bass out of it the last few weeks. But there is enough cat tails growing around about 2/3 of it for a gator to hide if he wanted to. Albertagirl might know the one Canadian... Pat Page." on 16:51:28 05/21/06 Sun
