Subject: UVC Sales - second creditors' meeting

This took place on 16th December with only one creditor turning up.

The liquidators are continuing to work on the liqudation.  They appear to be cautious, thorough, money-conscious and pretty confident, making contact with the right people. 

Their expenses returns to Companies House (S.192) shows that they have spent most of the £6625.12 received for their services.  However, their later letter to creditors shows that they have now spent almost £11,000.  One wonders where this over-spend is going to come from ...

So, I don't think that it is all over yet.
