as salaam alaikoem, After using toilet, we use paper and water to clean private parts. Is it necessery for a good muslim that he makes woedoe, or may he wait and do it before salat or reading Qor'an? Wa aliakoem salaam

You do not have to make wudhu after answering the call of nature. But you must have wudhu when performing your prayers and touching the Quran. AND ALLAH KNOWS BEST
