We have answer the question about Music and singing too many times here and in all answers we provide daleel. I suggest you scroll down and read the Questions and Answers and find the one for that.

In regards to photography being haraam, we never said such a thing here. What we did say is this:

'Abdullaah ibn Mas'ood (may Allaah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "The people who will be most severely punished by Allaah on the Day of Resurrection are the picture-makers." (Reported by al-Bukhaari, see al-Fath, 10/382).

Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Allaah says: 'Who does more wrong than the one who tries to create something like My creation; let him create a grain of wheat or an ear of corn . . .'" (Reported by al-Bukhaari, see Fath al-Baari, 10/385).

Ibn 'Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: "Every picture-maker will be in the Fire, and for each picture that he made he will be given a soul, and he will be punished in Hell." Ibn 'Abbaas said: If you must make pictures, draw trees and things that do not possess a soul." (Reported by Muslim, 3/1671).

In regards to praying, the sutra for the Imam is the sutra for all the people...

In regards to making duaa for Kaafir, this is haraam.

Allah says in the Quran, the interpretation of the meaning:

"It is not (proper) for the Prophet and those who believe
to ask Allaah's forgiveness for the Mushrikoon, even though
they be of kin." [al-Tawbah 9:113]."
