The term Halala is used to describe the divorce situation I mentioned in my previous enquiry. It is probably used only in Urdu language that is why you did not understand it. I am sorry I did not know it was not Arabic term. I am asking about the solution to the problem I mentioned in the first place that what is the ruling for making ruju in a divorce when the man divorces his fiance when he is forced to do so by someone else and not out of his own will and the divorce occurs before the marriage is consummated. The woman is still waiting for him after more than 12 years have passed to that event and she will not mary someone else other than her fiance who said he was forced to sign the divorce. I will appreciate if two or more scholars can answer this. Jazakallah khair Kathir

As Salaamu Alaikoum,

Forcing a person to do something means your life has been jeopardized to do something. If you life was not threatened then no one forced you to do the divorce you did it because you chose to listen to your parents or whatever and thus your divorce is valid.

You can remarry the woman if you choose to but realize that divorce counts as one divorce against her..
