 As salaam alaikoem, i've got a questions about using bathroom. Why did Profhet (saws) cover his head when he uses toilet, and is this fard or soenna? I listend to tape of washing private parts. Is there a difference between ablution and woedoe?
I heard de Shayck about passing wind does not require ablution, does that means if passing wind woedoe is not nessecery for salat?

Where did you read that the Prophet(saw) covered his head when using toilet? There is no hadith that states a person should or must do such a thing.

Ablution is the english transliteration of the arabic word Wudu.

Passing wind DOES break the Wudu and you must make Wudu over if you pass wind for the anus or vagina.

Relisten to the tapes again.
