As Salaamu Alaikoum,

Praise be to Allah.

The Prophet(saw) said, "I leave behind two things and anyone who follows them will never go astray.. and those two things are the Quran and my Sunnah.." [Bukhari]

Follow the Quran and Sunnah and then you will not be confused about when and how to pray. Simply do it as the prophet(saw) has instructed and not as some one else has instructed you and you will not be led astray.

This applies to the times of prayer.. how to pray.. EVERYTHING.

If you want to know about how to pray and all in regards to it, we recommend you read Sahih al Bukhari and Muslim Hadith books the chapter of Salat.
