I bought the SpeedMate Club head speed reader in June. The following are my club head speeds as of July 1. To compare: I am 63, 6'-0", 195. I played my first game 12-19-99 with NG. Since have used IMA and increased my distance and accuracy. I have read the LPG instructions of Don and others on LPG and have started bending my left arm on backswing and have increased my distances another 20 yards more than the following.

Thank you, the people who contribate to this open forum. Because of you my game is much better. Shot 91 today.

I don't know what most people do but here are my speeds and distances as of 7-1

#1 wood 90 MPH 210 yards
#3 wood 87 MPH 190 yards
#5 wood 86 MPH 180 yards
#7 wood 82 MPH 170 yards
#9 wood 77 MPH 160 yards

#5 iron 80 MPH 150 yards
#6 iron 79 MPH 140 yards
#7 iron 78 MPH 130 yards
#8 iron 77 MPH 120 yards
#9 iron 75 MPH 110 yards
P Wedge 73 MPH 100 yards

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Medreth
