If the right hand is turned under as Moe has it, is very easy to overlap and have the grip in the palm, regardless of the size of your hand. Mess around with it a bit and you will see what I mean. I have medium size hands and it is very easy to do.

I do hit the ball better with the ten finger grip though. Seems to get more leverage that way. I have heard that Moe changed to ten finger so that he could get more distance.
